Our experience with WeP Solution Limited is amazing and so much informative. We are associated with WeP Solution Limited from last two years. We have learned a lot of things during our tenure with the company.

First, If we talk about WeP products, all it’s products are very much helpful, easy to use, comparatively low in cost and durable for billing purpose. Till date we have never got any serious case which require repairing/replacing/Service of any product/part or vice-verse because of the high quality product.  This reduce the billing cost in a drastic level. Company needs to work on communicating these benefits to the end customer through better reach and better support about billing solutions. As we know in a IT products, service & support is something which play a very important role. Without proper service support almost all branded products are like a scrap. Through service and Support we are talking about creating a feeling of belongingness and trust in customers eyes. This is a true story that a loyal customers can benefit us in multiple ways. In creating a new customer it takes so much efforts but when we succeed in retaining an existing customer through our support/services they used to advocate us and act like our sleeping cell. 

We are trying to reduce these gaps by doing demonstration, training and educating them by reaching in their diverse location. Our focus is on marketing instead of selling these Products. You guys won't believe that we always get some reference call from existing customer & this happens because of putting Customer first policy. Our work is not to sell out but to provide them best support/service which is rare to see now a days.

Billing Industry will be grown exponentially in coming years. WeP having a good brand image among all the brand. We just need to justify that trust and belief. We need to keep going and keep updating our self as per the industry's requirements.
