We have conducted an one day training program and a dealer meet on 6th  Feb 2020. This was conducted in Kolkata.   In total, 13 dealers have participated from O di s h a and Kolkata. Product s  covered during the training was Joy pos and BP 2100 Joy. Both the products ,  hands on was provided to the dealer. Dealer ha ve  shared their inputs based on the customer requirements. This was very helpful for both dealer and company to make the necessary changes in the products and share the features. Training program was followed by quiz which helped us to evaluate the quality of the training done for the dealers.
