WEP Dealers Meet Tamil nadu

One day training program and a meet of  the dealers in Tamil Nadu region  was  conducted  on 13th march   in Chennai. We had a face to face interaction with the dealers from Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai regions  and  explained  about WEP schemes  to dealers and also  the sketch of new products to be released in the coming months. They were also rewarded because of their achivements  Which in turn motivate dealers. In total, 33  persons  including WEP  employees participated  in the  dealers meet.
As we have planned to conduct  in Chennai   all  arrangements had been taken care by sales executive of  Chennai. As a Chennai sales executive and this was also my first experience of organizing an event single-handed.   I have to  take care  of  finding   a  good ambience since  my  company   CEO Mr. Ram N  Agarawal  and my Dealers are  going  to participate. I traveled  to the out skirts of Chennai  in ECR till Mahaballipuram,   to find a good  location.  At last, finalized  a resort 15 kms  away  from  Chennai   railway station  named   Parkinn Beach resort in Vetuvankani.





In the above dealers  meet, after the introductory session,  company presentation was given by Ms. Avrine followed by marketing  presentation  by our GM Mr.Ciju. The product managers Mr.Tushar and Ms. Avrine gave a Product training on their respective products.  Products covered  in training session are  BP Gold 2.0   with lot of new features being enabled , BP joy plus , BP joy 2100 and Joy POS into a new version.  
Evening  Speech was given by Mr.Ram N Agrawal  about “Measurement of success in business”  topic which was excellent and good  for dealers. Then  problems and queries in both sales and service has been noted by Mr.Ram N Agrawal , followed by award  distribution  to dealers and Distributor.
I would like to thank Mr.Ram  N Agrawal, Mr. Ciju, Ms. Avrine, Mr.Tushar, Mr.David and Mr.Murali for making the event successful.
