Product Diary 3:- BP JOY/JOY ULTRA - Unboxing the billing machine & Installing the paper roll

In our previous Product Diaries, we have discussed about the features of the billing machine BP JOY with Battery & BP JOY Ultra. So today we will unbox the billing machine carton & learn how to install the paper roll.


Unboxing the Machine
As soon as you unbox, you will get the below mentioned things:-
1. BP JOY / JOY Ultra machine
2. Paper Roll 
3. Power Adapter
4. Retail Utility CD


Once you have all these things find a place to set up the machine. Please check the input supply also. The requirements are:- 220 VAC, Voltage range of 150 - 270 VAC, ground to neutral voltage should be less than 3 VAC & frequency should be 47 to 53 Hz. Now time to install the paper roll.

Steps to follow to install the paper roll:-

1. Open the paper cover as shown below.


2. Remove the groove shaft from cup holder.
3. Hold the paper roll in hand and place it into the cup holder using groove shaft.
4. Drag the paper a little bit and insert it into the paper cover slot. 
5. Close the paper cover firmly and ensure that it has locked properly.
6. Now your product is ready to print.
