So today we will unbox the billing machine carton & learn how to install the paper roll. Unboxing the Machine As soon as you unbox, you will get the below mentioned things:- 1. BP JOY / JOY Ultra machine 2. Paper Roll  3. Power Adapter 4. Retail Utility CD Once you have all these things find a place to set up the machine. Please check the input supply also. The requirements are:- 220 VAC, Voltage range of 150 - 270 VAC, ground to neutral voltage should be less than 3 VAC & frequency should be 47 to 53 Hz. Now time to install the paper roll.
