Start a Joint Venture










As per my experience in retail industry to increase the sales with minimum cost, we need to prepare one " power Team ".  

What I mean by Power Team?  

It means we create one team of 5-6 Supplier which have the same customer segment.
Like if we want to sale our product to restaurant or cafe, we know the other vendors of the restaurant like vegetables Supplier, CCTV Supplier , website developer, logo developer, food licenses agent, furniture carpenter, property owners or agent, all people who have same customer which we are looking for our product to sale. 

We prepare one team of these people, provide them training & create one incentive plan. We also need to share his cost and arrange various activities time to time in order to motivation them. This is like helping each other to grow together. This will connect us with our customers in a better way.
