Hope you all are doing well. The crisis that has suddenly hit the world which no one could have ever imagined but is true today.

When the Indian Government called for a public curfew on the 22nd March, we became aware of how the future will be.




At that time, the entire team of Wep Solutions was with the Govt. & supported for the public curfew.

Then from 25th March, the entire country was declared to be in a lockdown.





Though after few days, We got some relaxation on essential Service and some of our customers were  part of such essential services. Earlier we were having little difficulty in serving them. But to overcome those, our company made some plans, we focused on problem solving. Under that we evaluated the possibilities about it to be supported on phone or video call, we also emphasized on using things like Zoom, AnyDesk TeamViewer and other such technologies. So that our customers should not have any problem in using WEP machines. 



And even if the problems arrived, our WEP Support Warriors were thinking about how to fix them as soon as possible. So if it is not possible to solve the problem on phone or video call, then we are committed to solve the problem by taking the pass as per the government rules and proper safety precations we were visiting our customer location. 

Our company has given us masks and sanitizers so that there will be no problem in supporting our customers.


We always have this power in mind that no matter how many disasters come, we will do our duty. We are ready to serve you in any condition or at any cost.


Finally, just one thing has to be said "If customer is happy, we are happy".
